The purpose of the MMA is to help people make informed decisions about their training so they can get the most out of their time in the gym.
How Does it work?
The MMA combines the two worlds of in person and online education to deliver the most comprehensive learning experience possible.
Live online tutorials are held on a weekly basis, which then get combined into a monthly in person workshop where members can apply and practice their new skills under the guidance of a coach.
